The myAllOne Health website is a comprehensive, easy-to-use and customizable resource that provides AllOne Health members with access to the latest health information and interactive tools to help you assess and monitor your health. Quizzes, health calculators, assessments and the most up to date medical information all help guide you to the most informed decisions about your own health care needs. You and your family members can also maintain health records, track appointments and even send email reminders.
Get started today with these four easy steps to better health:
1. Register and/or sign in
If you’ve already registered with myAllOne Health’s website, just type in your Username and Password in the top left corner of this page. If you’re a new member, click here and follow the prompts for registration, then sign in with your new Username and Password.
2. Customize your homepage
After signing in, enter the requested personal information to customize your homepage. You can then take a personal health assessment, fill out a personal health record, access self-guidance tools, track health goals online and much more.
3. Complete a confidential health assessment
It all starts with your personal health assessment. By filling out your confidential health assessment, AllOne Health will personalize your homepage with tools and information to meet your specific health needs and interest. And don’t worry—your assessment is completely confidential. Once we review your assessment results, an AllOne Health Coach will give you a call to get started and help you with your personal health goals.
Your health is important to us and we know your privacy is important to you! Rest assured that information shared on your health assessment or with your health coach is kept private confidential. We will not share your personal information with your employer or with anyone else (unless required by law). If you choose to share the results of your health assessment with us (YES, you do have the choice!), the information you share with us will only be used to help you meet your goals for better health and a healthier lifestyle!
